The story
San Isidro is a northern suburb of Buenos Aires by the river, and I painted it the way it felt to me—golden light through orange trees, a bright yellow Fiat against colonial walls, neighbors with time to chat. This riverside neighborhood has a different rhythm than the city, slower and warmer. I captured the essence of a place where ordinary afternoons feel magical, where the colors are richer and the pace is kinder.
